User Accounts

Account Termination

Payment Terms
Subscription Fees

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CertifyHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
